An intricate redevelopment of the existing Heritage Listed Athenaeum Cinema and adjoining tenancies including the Heritage Restoration of key elements. In collaboration with Tandem Studio and Atelier3 Project Management, this project was completed in 8 months and required careful planning to execute the works during peak summer periods and working around logistical challenges of boundary to boundary construction. End project provided 3 individual retail tenancies, 4 standalone storage units and 7 office suites.
