Working within a live environment and in close proximity to the operating daycare facility, this project provided critical infrastructure to an ever-growing community facility. In collaboration with JMA Architects and Mornington Peninsula Shire Council, the project was completed under an accelerated delivery arrangement and provided additional amenities, playscapes, community rooms and daycare space for the centre.
