Working within a live environment and around existing operating areas of Hotel Sorrento, this project encompassed a complete rebuild of the existing salt bar and rooftop along with an extension to the rooftop. Collaborating with Six Degrees Architect, Jack Merlo Landscape Architect and Hotel Sorrento, the project was delicately undertaken over an accelerated 6 month duration with a significant focus on value for money and maintaining all operating areas of the existing facility. Finished to the highest of quality and ahead of program, this project now allows for patrons to enjoy the beautiful outlook all year round on the rooftop with a cocktail style offering within the reimagined salt bar.
